Thank you for your interest in Ontario Muslim Academy! We are delighted that you are considering our Academy for your child’s education. We welcome students from all ethnicities and socio-economic backgrounds. The Office of Admission is here to assist you in your application process.
Application Process:
Applying is easy using our Online Application. We encourage families to apply online as it simplifies the application process. If you are not comfortable using the online application, you can always schedule a time to visit the school to complete the application process. Our decisions for the applicant’s are based on the evaluation of the applicant’s values, character, academics, behaviour, self-motivation, and citizenship. Before filling out our online application, please make sure to read through all of the instructions.
Submit All Required Documents:
All documents must be uploaded/submitted via email.
Documents to be submitted:
- Copy of Immunization Record
- Copy of Health Card, OHIP
- Copy of Last Report Card
- VOID Cheque for Electronic Fund Transfer/ Pre-Authorized Debit from bank
Review and Decision for Admission:
Upon receiving and processing all documents, the Office of Admission will review the application and will contact you with an admission decision. The administration may decide to evaluate your child through a placement exam and/or to interview him/her to determine eligibility and placement.
Book an Appointment to Visit the Campus:
If you have not already done so, please consider making an appointment to visit. We encourage interested families to visit the campus for a first-hand look at the complete OMA experience. By meeting the Admissions team and touring the campus and classrooms, parents and students are able to better understand how the nurturing Islamic environment and high academic standards provide a sound educational experience.
Campus tours are available by appointment only on school days from Monday to Friday. Special hours apply for the summer break. Contact us to check our availability and to book an appointment.
