Parking Rental

Our parking spaces are available for community members and local businesses at a nominal cost. Conveniently located, rentals help support Ontario Muslim Academy while providing a safe and accessible place for your vehicles.

Over 50 secure, access-controlled (gated) parking spots available to rent.

School Days: 3:30 PM – 8:00 AM next day (not available 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM)

Terms & Conditions

  • No maintenance, oil changes, or other services are permitted in the parking lot.
  • Ontario Muslim Academy is not responsible for any damage to person or property arising from this rental. The vehicle owner bears full responsibility for any damage caused by their vehicle.
  • Vehicle owners must comply with all parking by-laws and follow any notices issued by parking enforcement.
  • This rental cannot be sublet, assigned, or transferred. Only the vehicle listed in the agreement may park in the designated spot.
  • Either the applicant or Ontario Muslim Academy may terminate this agreement with two days’ notice without penalty.
  • Payment is due at the time of signing the agreement or prior to parking.
  • Vehicles must not contain illegal items and may not be used for storage or business purposes.
  • Rates are subject to change.
