Kindergarten – Grade 8
At OMA, we offer a full K–8 education that blends Ontario’s curriculum with strong Islamic Studies, Qur’an, Arabic, and French. From play-based Kindergarten to leadership-focused Middle School, students grow into confident learners and grounded Muslims. Starting in Grade 5, classes are segregated to create a comfortable, modest Islamic environment while supporting academic and personal growth.
Kindergarten
Our Kindergarten program nurtures young learners in a safe, Islamic environment where faith and curiosity grow side by side. Children learn through play-based, hands-on activities that support social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development. Alongside literacy, math, science, and social studies, students are introduced to Qur’an, Arabic, and Islamic Studies. Daily gym and outdoor play promote motor skills and healthy habits, while creativity and imagination are encouraged through art, storytelling, and group activities.

Elementary School
(Grades 1–5)
In the elementary years, students build a strong foundation in academics and character. The curriculum covers English, math, science, and social studies, enriched with Qur’an, Arabic, French, and Islamic Studies. Technology integration, STEM activities, field trips, and computer classes prepare students for a changing world, while an Islamic-rich environment fosters daily practice of Sunnah and values of respect, service, and responsibility. Students also enjoy sports, arts, and competitions that encourage teamwork, discipline, and creativity. Starting in Grade 5, classes are segregated to provide a comfortable, modest Islamic environment that supports both learning and personal development.
Middle School
(Grades 6–8)
Middle school marks a time of growth, independence, and leadership. Our program balances the Ontario curriculum with advanced Islamic Studies, Qur’an, and Arabic, equipping students to think critically and act with integrity. Emphasis is placed on preparing for high school and beyond—academically, socially, and spiritually. Students take on greater responsibilities, engage in project-based learning, and participate in mentorship and leadership opportunities within the school community. Athletics, clubs, and enrichment programs allow them to explore interests while developing resilience and confidence.
