Hall Rental
Our newly renovated hall is available for community events, celebrations, and special gatherings. All rental proceeds support Ontario Muslim Academy, helping us continue providing a high-quality Islamic and academic education for our students.
Booking & Rates
Our gym is available to the community at a nominal cost and is conveniently located near Central Cambridge in a secure, access-controlled facility with ample parking. The space can accommodate up to 250 people and is ideal for events, sports, parties, weddings, and more.
School Days: 3:30 PM – 8:00 AM next day (not available 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM)
Weekends & School/Public Holidays: 24 hours
Rental Options: Half-Day, Full-Day, and Hourly rentals are available. Rates vary depending on the nature of the event, date, number of guests, and any additional services requested. Please review our Terms & Conditions and complete the Rental Interest Form—our team will follow up with you shortly.
Additional Services
At an additional cost, our team is able to provide the following services, ensuring that you can enjoy your event!

- Kitchen (warming only, no cooking)

Terms and Conditions
By submitting a rental request, you agree to the following:
Booking & Payment
Full payment and a refundable security deposit are required to confirm the booking.
Payment can be made by cash, cheque, or e-transfer.
Rates may vary by event type, date, and services requested.
Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit is required ($200 minimum, higher if additional services are requested).
Deposits cover keys, cleaning, and any damages.
Refunds are processed within 2 business days after the event, provided no issues arise and no policy violations occur.
Use of Facility
The renting party is responsible for any damages and for cleaning up after each use.
Kitchen is available for warming only (no cooking).
No illegal, unsafe, or unapproved activities are allowed on the premises.
Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the event are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
Within 72 hours, the deposit will be forfeited.
No-shows result in forfeiture of the full rental fee.
For recurring bookings, 30 days’ notice is required to cancel.
Liability
Ontario Muslim Academy (OMA) is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property.
The renting party assumes full responsibility for their guests, volunteers, and vendors.
Keys & Access
Keys are for authorized times and areas only and must not be duplicated or shared.
Misuse of keys will result in loss of deposit and access privileges.
OMA Priority
OMA reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings for school programs. Alternate dates will be offered where possible.
