How to Apply!

Application Process:
Applying is simple through our Online Application Portal at the bottom of this page. If you prefer, you may schedule a visit to complete your application in person. Admissions decisions are based on your child’s values, character, academics, behaviour, self-motivation, and citizenship. Please review all instructions before starting the application.

Required Documents:
All documents must be submitted via email or uploaded online:
Copy of Immunization Record
Copy of Health Card (OHIP)
Copy of Last Report Card
VOID Cheque for Electronic Fund Transfer/Pre-Authorized Debit

Review & Decision:
Once all documents are received, the Office of Admission will review your application and contact you with next steps. Placement exams and interviews may be required to determine eligibility and appropriate placement.

Book a Campus Visit:
We encourage families to visit OMA to experience our nurturing Islamic environment and high academic standards. Campus tours are available by appointment on school days (Monday–Friday), with special summer hours. Contact us to schedule your visit.

Tuition Information

OMA collects one-time fees to cover registration, books, supplies, uniforms, and EQAO testing (for Grade 3 & Grade 6 students), and monthly tuition fees for ongoing academic programs. Families with multiple children receive a discount for the third child and beyond.

Registration Fee

$150 Non-Refundable Fee for all new and/or late admissions

Monthly Fees

1 or 2 children$450 / child
3 or more$425 / child

Books & Supply Fees

K – Grade 8$300 / child
Grade 9 – 12$300 / child

EQAO

$55 for Grade 3 and Grade 6 only

Uniform

$130 – $175 depending on size and type

Deadline

Fees are due on the 25th of the month prior (e.g., September fees due August 25th)

Frequently asked questions

Yes, students are expected to purchase and wear a clean school uniform every day. Additional merchandise may be required depending on participation in sports teams and extracurricular activities.

We offer admissions on a rolling basis. Please contact us or complete the application form, and our admissions team will be in touch with you.

In Ontario, children are eligible for Junior Kindergarten (JK) if they turn four years old by December 31 of the year they begin school. Students must also be able to communicate their needs and independently use the bathroom.

Yes. We are here to support you every step of the way. Whether your child is in kindergarten, elementary, or high school, we ensure that all academic records are properly transferred. We are a registered school in Ontario.

All students participate in Islamic Studies and Qur’an classes. Based on each student’s progress and performance over time, we recommend the most suitable learning pathway to support their success.

Yes, we offer a wide range of extracurricular activities. In addition to our dedicated sports and leadership programs, students can participate in field trips, science and art fairs, baking classes, fitness and martial arts programs, and a variety of other enrichment activities designed to support their personal and academic growth.
